Thanks Henry and Oliver.

I discovered the problem. My rpc.nfsd requires the -n switch to talk to older
clients. Once I restarted with the -n switch, everything came up. Now I cannot
boot the miniroot from the swap partition. I get all sorts of errors.

Oh well. I guess I have to poke around some more.

I think I'll name this machine 'cretin' if I ever get it running NetBSD.
