Sorry for the confusion the question refers to Diskless not diskboot.

In the "Diskless(8) man page",  under the configuration
section, under #5 states the following:

        5. Add myclient to the bootparams database /etc/bootparams:
                        myclient root=server:/export/myclient/root \

The directory "bootparams" and the database that is referenced here does not
exist in any of the NetBSD releases that I am running.  Is #5 saying to
create this directory?
