I personally hate LKMs. Making sure that ps/kvm_mkdb is up-to-date
wrt the kernel is bad enough.
However, if the install kernel needs LKMs to do some stuff, I don't mind.
I can build a new kernel later. I don't know where the LKMs will get loaded
from though.
