I'd recommend the "MC68020 32-bit Microprocessor User's Manual, Third
Edition" published by Motorola [document MC68020UM/AD Rev 2]. Copyright
1988, 1989; ISBN # 0-13-567017-9. However it's probably out of print.
There is this poorly scanned, PDF-icated, copy of the first edition
available online here (over 9MB, and the site seems to be limited to a
128kbps link!):
