Sorry for the length of this message.. But I need help!!!

I used rawrite to dump the boot image to a floppy and below is what happens.. I assume the image
was not transferred correctly.. I also dumped a test 50 and formated a disk in the "rx33" to show
that it does appear to be working... 
Any suggestions?
