Yup. I forgot that the DSH32 is a combo board (like the DMF32) and has both 
synch and asynch on it. This board doesn't work in the MicroVAX 3100-30 onwards 
... there you need the DSW41/42 for synch and DHW42(/) for asynch.

That's just an I/O distribution panel.
