It is dependent of device type. RP06 data rate is 833k/s, RP07 with
interleaving is 1.3MB/s and without 2.2MB/s. I think that only the
DEC-2040 and above could handle RP07's without interleaving; a 11/780
can easily be overrun at that data speed. (I have tried :-)
