I can honestly say that on all the commercial stuff I have done
with PC's--I have always used some form of Unix since 1988. I
could not handle the maintenence otherwise! I have a machine
running point of sale that has been there for 10 years and I have
never made a service call... Yes, it is a 386/40 with 8MB and
supports 8 users...

Any machine that has a 4" binder to deal with it's Macro assembler
instructures has to be cool! I keep thinking about the size of
the IBM mainframe binders though.... Maybe size doesn't matter in
all cases....
