I'd like to get a bootblock to support iso9660 cds.  I think boot is built with
that support but xxboot isn't.

So I'd like to rename xxboot to xxboot_ufs and create a common directory
and xxboot_cd9960 (and eventually a xxboot_lfs).  This patterned after the
alpha and pmax boot blocks.
