where I can get the source code of 20000620-1.5 snapshot ?

Issuing the following command

cvs checkout -D 20000620-UTC -P src

at a certain point I got this error

cvs [server aborted]: cannot create
/pub/NetBSD-CVS/CVSROOT/Emptydir: Permission denied

??

how can I ahve hte kernel to recompile it ?
