there's only one that i know of, called ansi2knr. Ive built it and run 
it, and it's okay, but i dont think id want to pump kernel code through 
it :-)
(better would be to have kernel code written in k&r C again *grin* 
*ducks to avoid large heavy ojects thrown in my direction* ) 
i have the source if anybody wants it.
