Don't know about that. The DECnet phase IV specification is available for
free at:
ftp://gatekeeper.dec.com/pub/DEC/DECnet/PhaseIV/index.html

and the Linux DECnet project has a page at:
http://www.sucs.swan.ac.uk/~rohan/DECnet/index.html

LAt is patented by DEC (now COMPAQ) though, so it might be a bit harder to
get by. Anyone with good contacts at ex-DEC?
