Hi Kelly,
if you have another NetBSD-1.5 machine (doesn't need to be a vax) you can
use the instructions at http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/bootcd.html
to make a bootable vax CD. Otherwise I think some images are going to be
made available 'fairly soon'.
