Subject: Vax no boot

Hi!

My cute little VaxStation was subjected to a brown-out and now it no
longer boots.  From tcpdump it looks like it does not receive anything
from the network (it is transmitting).

Can anyone tell me if something in the following indicates an error of
some sort?  I don't recall those underscores and question marks at boot
from before.
