Your hard drive just kicked the virtual bucket. This sequence:

Indicates that it tried the hard drive, but the hard drive did not respond 
so it tried the network (and since you probably don't have a MOP server 
running that didn't respond either).

The fix is straight-forward though, replace the drive with a new/working 
one, restore from your latest backup and you're on your way.
