Sure, if the pc in question has a Qbus.

I've never heard of an Intel-based machine with a Qbus.  Someone
somewhere may have made a PCI-to-Qbus or ISA-to-Qbus bridge, and with
that and a Qbus backplane you could conceivably set up the hardware.
I'd be astonished if the software to support it exists, though.  (It'd
be a Really Cool Hack to add to NetBSD, though, and a good illustration
of the power of our attachment framework.  If /sys/dev/qbus has been
properly bus_{space,dma}ified, that is. :-)
