If my ethernet card (M7516-YM) works ok with NetBSD I could probably do a
net boot, same with ftp.. Problem is I have *no* idea how to do
either.. With my VS3100m38 I had an old scsi cdrom so I burnt up a cdr
and went from there - that was easy, but setting up mop?? Looks like
quite a pain for a first-timer.
I am sure I could manage a tape install, that's why I originally asked
about that. As far as backup tk50's go, there's one in the MVII, and I am
picking up a second in a MV2000 look-alike external case as well. Both
are supposed to work (supposed to anyway).
