does anyone know why on a KA650, the SBR can be set to any (it seems)
longword-aligned location, whereas on an NVAX (KA690 in specific) it
can only be on a page boundary, and the processor automatically ignores
the low 9 bits of any value put in the SBR? the KA680 TM doesnt mention
the need for the alignment, nor does my copy of the VARM (though my
edition is from 1987).. any ideas?
