I saw 5000/200s (might have been 240s, but I'm pretty sure they were 200s)
with hundreds of megabytes of RAM when I was at DEC. Actually, they must
have been 200s -- I left not long after the 5000/200 release and wasn't
around very frequently thereafter.
And, of course, a 36GB SCSI disk can now be had for well under $200, if
you're willing to use an SCA disk with a converter.
