First, a "VAXstation 3100" usually is a m30. Second, you can look at the prompt
when powering on, there is something like "KA42" or so, which tells you more.
And finally, NetBSD can tell you about it also.

m10 and m20 just differ in the enclosure i think, but this are MicroVAX 3100,
not VAXstation 3100. You may want to look at the hardware reference at
http://www.netbsd.org/Ports/vax somewhere.
