If that's the board I think it is, the only OS that supports it is VMS.
There's a chance that ULTRIX might, but I'm pretty sure NetBSD doesn't.
Also, you definitely won't be able to boot off of it unless you've got
a VAX 4000/200 CPU (KA660) or better. I know that my KA640 didn't
recognize mine.

VMS is truly "interesting" as an OS. While I think it's fun, I still
prefer Unix-like OSes for day-to-day tasks.
