if I recall correctly, try

SET BOOT DKA100

BOOT

you might have a different boot disk than DKA100.

I think there is a SHOW DEVS command to list them all (including the floppy
disk). Maybe BOOT DKA100 also works.
The firmware probably has some help text, try HELP, H, ? or similar things.
(it been a few weeks since I last booted up my Vax...).
