Hi,

I wanted to thank everyone for your feedback and suggestions. Cleaning all 
of the contacts on all of the memory SIMMs with a rubber eraser and 
alcohol made the memory 100% happy. After replacing the mica-looking wafer 
of material between the CPU and the heat sink with good thermal compound, 
the system is now 100% happy.

Soon it'll be set up on a public IP and will be doing bulk package builds.
