libffi for VAX now available

Hi,

Recently Miod Vallat (thanks!) posted some patches and additions to libffito add support for VAX and m88k. While NetBSD has no m88k support, VAXsupport is most welcome, so I've committed those patches to ourdevel/libffi package.
