Re: pow(4) and poffd(8) changes

Hi, x68k users,

I have just commited a big change about pow(4).

pow(4) now uses MI sysmon_pswitch framework but not
an original one.  It makes poffd(8) retire and replace
it with MI powerd(8).

Here is an update procedure to use powerd(8):
1. Update -current.
2. Run "cd /dev; ./MAKEDEV sysmon".
3. Remove "poffd=YES" and put "powerd=YES" in your
   /etc/rc.conf.
4. ;-)
