I'm told by the Panix staff that when they looked into why you hadn't
received any notification email, they discovered a problem with the
configuration of the notification list for Xen customers.

In my long experience with Panix they have been very good about
compensating customers for this sort of issue and I expect they will 
make appropriate arrangements with people whose Xen virtuals had outages
and who weren't notified of it, as you weren't.

I'm also told that the "redundant" FibreChannel RAID controller that     
caused the virtual host reboots by twice shutting itself down when one
of its redundant halves failed has been replaced with a different unit.
