OK, the Permission denied error comes from ioctl(IOCTL_PRIVCMD_HYPERCALL),
the error comes from the hypervisor. The Xen kernel thinks that, for
one reason or another, this domain isn't allowed to perform this operation.
What do you have in your grub entry ?
