Thanks for the info.  I compiled XEN3 DOM0 kernel with
following options.

  makeoptions     DEBUG="-g"
  makeoptions     COPTS="-O0"

Now, I'm running this new kernel.  The new kernel didn't
crash today.  I'll mail later when it crashes.  ;-)
