Here is the more concrete plan:

        19:00-  Go to a tonkatsu restaurant near JR Ochanomizu / JR
                Akihaba / JR Kanda.
        20:00-  Move to another nomiya if you want more beer.

The restaurant is very small (only 14 tables) and doesn't accept
reservation.  But I think 5-6 people can easily go in considering
