Okey doke then. How about we meet around 1830 at The Pride of Spitalfields. It’s an old stomping ground of mine and a proper east end gaff. Not too far from Aldgate East. There are plenty of curry houses nearby on Brick Lane.

I can now make the Thursday 19th - (17th is difficult and 18th is difficult for others)

There are a number of things we could do in the east end, so I’ll throw them out in the ring too:

- Curry at Brick Lane (compatible with my diet)
- Fish and Chips at Poppies in Spitalfields (not compatible but I will make amends if necessary)
- Various east London pubs (if people want to drink)
- Pool (9-ball or 8-ball) in a snooker club where I’m a member at Mile End
