[Forwarded at Hubert's suggestion; if anybody wants to make the trip
down, I'd be happy to put you up in my (not very posh) place in
Claremont, about 60 miles from the airport. I may also be able to put
folks up in an apartment in Koreatown, considerably closer, but I'm
not sure.]

Subject: helping staff a NetBSD booth at LA's Linux Expo, Feb. 10 & 11?
We've had a NetBSD booth at the last couple of Southern California Linux
Expos (SCALE), with a strong response from attendees. The Los Angeles
open-source community is large and enthusiastic; there were dozens of
booths, and hundreds (thousands?) of visitors:

We've been invited to run a booth yet again, this time on February 10 &
11. Are there folks in the area who'd be interested in helping to staff
a booth?
The show typically requires a short setup period the Friday before, and
is open from around 10AM through 6PM both weekend days. I don't mind
organizing the booth, but I'd like a strong commitment from one or more
NetBSD folks to show up and help staff the booth on Saturday and Sunday.
With a couple people working, it's a fun event; with just one, it can
get a bit stressful.
If anybody wants to come in from out of town, I can offer you a
floor/couch to crash on and a ride to the venue.
