I'll add some tests/documentation soon when I consider things to be
final enough.

Meanwhile, you can look at tests/dev/md/h_mdserv.c for a real example.

The simplest possible one is something like this:

main() {
        rump_init();
        rump_init_server(argv[1]);
        pause();
}

And then run it "./a.out unix://rumpsock &"
