Hmm, I'll have to cross-check that one this afternoon. IIRC, I am also using the the default "break" command when I am running the dom0 inside QEMU, and '+++++' is only used when I want to break in the domU (through xencons(4)).
In that case, I'll have to make adjustments. Having the same key sequence for both dom0 and domU is... problematic.
