Remove unused KUSER_AREA, SYSPTSIZE, USRPTSIZE.
Bump MAXTSIZ and MAXDSIZ to the same values atari is using.
This makes gcc 4.8 (/usr/libexec/cc1) load and execute.

Shall we pull this to NetBSD 7? It also includes gcc 4.8, so has the same exact problem.
