Hey Roland - friendly question:

I saw this error earlier today and threw in a temporary local fix where I pushed the “const” qualifier deeper (into findcc.[ch]) rather than relax it in mk dep.c. You choose the other route. Did you do that because you expect to have that storage r/w, or something else, rather than enforcing a restriction (that currently seems to hold) further into the code?
