[src/trunk]: src/sys/dev No functional change:
details: https://anonhg.NetBSD.org/src/rev/12fc920fb0e5
branches: trunk
changeset: 467124:12fc920fb0e5
user: msaitoh <msaitoh%NetBSD.org@localhost>

description:
No functional change:
- Move some definitions from if_stgereg.h to if_stge.c again because those are
not chip (registers or descriptors) definitions.
- Use proplib to pass information that loading DSP code is required when
PHY reset.
