Pull up revision 1.12 (requested by minoura):
Change physseg allocation strategy to VM_PSTRAT_BIGFIRST. Required
when big (>64MB) high memory is installed, i.e. in a situation
where DMA reachable memory runs out because of the large buffer
cache.
