Apply patch (requested by he):
  Add several new sections:
   o Upgrade path to NetBSD 1.4.2
   o Major Changes Between 1.4.1 and 1.4.2
   o Known caveats with 1.4.2
   o Major Changes Between 1.4 and 1.4.1
  Also, document that we no longer plan to provide AnonCVS, but that
  we have indeed done so.
