description:
New: -xcu5 (X/Open Commands and Utilities Issue 5)
New: -susv2 (Version 2 of the Single UNIX Specification)
Fixed: a dozen others: lots of cargo-cult "small caps" applied to lower
case, unneeded \& prefixes, and IEEE Std#### rewritten as IEEE Std ####.
