Pull up revisions 1.105,1.112-1.113 (requested by he):
  Mention that ssh/sshd now require rnd(4).
  Update copyright and document date, avoid wording implying that
  the current release is 1.5, some personal name and role fixes,
  and various spelling and formatting fixes.
