use ${.OBJDIR} rather than ${.CURDIR}/obj.${MACHINE} (eek)
g/c -I${.CURDIR} and -I${S}/lib/libkern from ${INCLUDES}
build libsa dev_net.c via .PATH and SRCS rather than special rules
