description:
Our <sys/endian.h> is no longer compilable with eVC3 and probably
other old WinCE compilers because they don't grok ULL constant suffix.
Instead of polluting sys/endian.h with WinCE compatibility ugliness,
pull a copy here, so that we can hack it privately.
