Pull up revision 1.115 (requested by bouyer in ticket #256):
Bump delay() between reset and IDENTIFY from 100 to 5000. Some ATAPI devices
wedge when talking to them too soon, and incorrectly react to WDC_RESET.
Close PR kern/17208 by Paul Goyette.
