description:
Pull up revision 1.8 (requested by jschauma in ticket #910):
We don't have 'newgrp' -> ifdef the builtin alias. This prevents
the shell from unexpectedly dying if a user enters the (nonexistent)
'newgrp' command. OK'd by perry.
As seen in OpenBSD.
