Pull up revision 1.12 (requested by scw in ticket #152):
In m68k_make_fpu_idle_frame(), replace fmove.x with fmove.d as the
 former is not supported natively by the 060's FPU.
Fixes a problem on MVME177 reported by Matt Thomas on port-mvme68k@
