Pull up revision 1.65 (requested by abs in ticket #732):
Append ' - see rc.conf(5)' to unset variable warning:
/etc/rc.d/fu: WARNING: $fu is not set properly - see rc.conf(5).
Add a note to rc.conf that third party packages may test for additional
variables.
