Pull up revision 1.59 (requested by thorpej in ticket #819):
  Use ``unsigned char'' and ``char'' instead of ``u_int8_t''
  and ``int8_t'' for TARGET_CHAR when building mksyntax.
  This lets the host tool work on non-BSD systems without
  causing too many changes to how sh is built.
