Pull up following revision(s) (requested by rin in ticket #727):

        sys/arch/powerpc/include/db_machdep.h: revision 1.27

Do not mask out LK bit (bit 31) from M_BCTR, which distinguishes
bcctr and bcctrl.

Fix build failure for ibm4xx kernels with GCC8.
