description:
cut.1:
- bump date;
- synchronize argument name to `-d' (prefer ``string'' above
``delim'' since it's not just a single character that can be
given (even though only one, being the first one, is actually
used));
- improve wording;
- use macro for `EXIT STATUS' section.
