As Andrew Doran points out, _ALIGN_TEXT is unused, and to test that
X86_BUS_SPACE_IO equals 0 is no longer necessary. Get rid of the
_ALIGN_TEXT definition, and do not "assert" that X86_BUS_SPACE_IO == 0.
